This policy explains how Lunina Studio Ltd collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit this website, contact the studio, request a proposal, or become a client. It also explains the rights available to you under applicable UK data protection law.

Contents Who we are Information we collect How and why we use information Cookies and external content Your rights Contact and complaints

1. Who we are

Lunina Studio Ltd is the controller of personal information described in this policy. This means that the company decides why and how that information is processed.

  • Company: Lunina Studio Ltd
  • Registered or business address: Montana Region, Valchedram City, Saedinenie Street No. 32
  • Privacy contact: lunina.studio.office@gmail.com

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to visitors, prospective clients, clients, suppliers, collaborators, and other people who communicate with the studio. It covers information collected through this website and related business communications. A separate agreement or notice may provide additional information for a particular project, recruitment process, or supplier relationship.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and company details.
  • Enquiry and project information, including property type and location, plans, measurements, photographs, preferences, budget, timeline, requested services, and messages.
  • Client and transaction information, including proposals, contracts, invoices, payment status, delivery information, and records relating to furniture, lighting, or accessory orders.
  • Correspondence, feedback, consultation notes, approvals, and other records created while discussing or delivering a project.

Information collected automatically

When you access the website, the hosting provider and connected services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and security or server-log data. The studio does not currently use its own advertising or analytics cookies.

Information received from others

Where appropriate, the studio may receive information from a person acting for you, a property professional, contractor, supplier, referral partner, public source, or payment and delivery provider. If you provide personal information about another person, you should have authority to do so and direct them to this policy.

4. How and why we use information

We process personal information only where we have a lawful basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may use it for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in developing and managing client relationships.
  • To provide design services and fulfil orders: to perform a contract, manage projects, communicate decisions, coordinate agreed suppliers, and arrange delivery.
  • To operate and secure the website: for our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable website, preventing misuse, troubleshooting, and protecting our systems and business.
  • To administer the business: to keep financial, contractual, tax, insurance, and professional records and to comply with legal obligations.
  • To establish or defend legal rights: for our legitimate interests in resolving complaints, collecting sums due, and managing legal claims.
  • To send optional marketing: where you have consented, or where another lawful route permits it. You may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are proportionate and whether your rights override them. We do not use the information described in this policy for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. When information is required

You do not have to provide personal information merely to browse the website. Certain details are required if you want us to respond to an enquiry, provide a quotation, enter into a contract, deliver services or goods, or meet legal requirements. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to proceed.

6. Cookies, fonts, and external media

This website does not currently operate first-party analytics or advertising cookies. It does load resources from third parties:

  • Google Fonts: font files are requested from Google servers, which may receive technical connection information such as an IP address.
  • Pexels: selected images and video are loaded from Pexels servers, which may receive technical request information. See the Pexels Privacy Policy.

You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although some embedded features may not work correctly. If the website later introduces analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking, this policy and the site's consent controls should be updated before those technologies are activated.

7. Sharing personal information

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with:

  • Website hosting, email, IT, storage, security, and communication providers.
  • Accountants, insurers, legal advisers, and other professional advisers.
  • Contractors, consultants, manufacturers, retailers, delivery providers, and suppliers involved in an agreed project or order.
  • Public authorities, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
  • A purchaser, investor, or successor if the business or its assets are reorganised, sold, or transferred, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

Service providers acting for us are expected to process information only on documented instructions, keep it secure, and use it only for the agreed purpose.

8. International transfers

Some hosting, email, cloud, font, or media providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for a restricted transfer, we will rely on an adequacy regulation, an approved contractual mechanism such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

9. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, insurance, and dispute-resolution requirements. Our usual guide is:

  • Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Project, client, contractual, invoice, and order records: generally six years after the relationship or transaction ends, unless a longer period is justified.
  • Routine website security and server logs: normally up to 12 months, subject to the hosting provider's configuration.
  • Marketing preferences: until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer needed, with suppression records retained where necessary to respect an opt-out.

These periods may be shortened or extended where the information remains relevant to an active project, warranty, complaint, legal claim, statutory obligation, or security investigation. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised, or securely archived where appropriate.

10. Security

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, reputable hosting and email providers, software updates, backups, and limiting access to people who need the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information and a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to erase information where there is no lawful reason to keep it.
  • Ask us to restrict how information is used.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests and object at any time to direct marketing.
  • Receive certain information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or have it transferred where technically feasible.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month, although the law permits an extension for complex or numerous requests. We do not usually charge a fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

12. Children

This website and the studio's services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, services, providers, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated directly where appropriate.

14. Contact and complaints

Questions, requests, or complaints about personal information should be sent to lunina.studio.office@gmail.com or to Lunina Studio Ltd at Montana Region, Valchedram City, Saedinenie Street No. 32.
